Jill’s regular schedule is as follows:
Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm Vinyasa Basics
This class moves through one breath and one pose at a time through all the basic yoga poses. Suitable for beginners interested in a flow class, and advanced students who love the movement and rhythm of a vinyasa class. Props and modifications are available, and the class will feature a great playlist each week.
Wednesday 7:15-8:15pm Flow Down and Breathe
This class combines a vinyasa flow with a breathing and meditation practice - a perfect way to end the day! Perfect for beginners and advanced students, you'll move through an awakening flow for the first half of class and then transition into a seated, comfortable pranayama (breath) meditation practice. If you need more mindfulness in your life, this is a great way to start!
Saturday 11:00-12:00pm Vinyasa Flow
Learn how the poses you practice in Lab classes can be adapted to a continuous movement practice - vinyasa flow - and be set to music. The class builds in succession, one posture preparing the body for the next, taught through the lens of alignment. Modifications/variations will be offered throughout the class. This is a fun and energetic class for all levels!
First Friday of each month 6:00-7:00pm Yinyasa Combination class, blending supported yin & restorative poses followed by a refreshing, playful vinyasa flow, intended to give a thoughtful and well-rounded practice. You will leave class rejuvenated mind, body, and spirit!
