The Enneagram is a system of nine personality styles that combine traditional wisdom and modern psychology into a tool for gaining deeper knowledge of ourselves and others. The nine styles help explain the “why” of how we think, act, feel and show up in the world.

The Enneagram can help us see our gifts, as well as the difficult patterns that cause interpersonal, spiritual and emotional challenges. Please join Jill Johnson as she teaches the different parts of the diagram and system and how it relates to your yoga practice!

At the end of this workshop you will:

~ Gain insight into how and why you show up on your mat and in your life a certain way ~ Learn yoga poses and meditation mantras to incorporate into your daily practice
